1. Services

Golden Glow Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Utah County and surrounding areas. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and office cleaning.

Service descriptions and pricing on our website are provided as estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the property, which will be confirmed before service begins.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed via email or phone.
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or emergencies.

3. Access to Property

You agree to provide our cleaning team with safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing entry instructions, keys, or access codes as needed
  • Securing pets in a safe location during the cleaning service
  • Removing or securing valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
  • Ensuring the property is safe for our team to work in

If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
  • For recurring services, payment may be collected after each service or on a predetermined schedule.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice for recurring customers.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.
  • Re-cleaning requests must be for items included in the original service scope.

6. Liability and Damages

While we take great care in providing our services, accidents may occasionally occur:

  • We are fully insured and bonded for your protection.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are not liable for damage to items that are already in fragile condition, improperly installed, or that break due to normal wear and tear.
  • Our liability for any single item is limited to its fair market value, not exceeding $500 per item.
  • We are not responsible for items of extraordinary value unless disclosed in advance.

Please inform us before service of any items requiring special care or that should not be moved or cleaned.

7. Our Team

  • All team members are thoroughly vetted and background-checked.
  • Our cleaners are trained professionals who follow standardized cleaning procedures.
  • You agree not to directly hire or contract with any Golden Glow employee or contractor for cleaning services for a period of one year after their last service at your property.

8. Health and Safety

For the safety of our team and the quality of our services:

  • We may decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., biohazards, pest infestations, structural hazards).
  • Please notify us of any known hazards or health concerns before our arrival.
  • We use professional-grade, EPA-approved cleaning products. Special product requests may be accommodated with advance notice.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information when requesting quotes or booking services.
  • Not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
  • That all content on our website is owned by Golden Glow Cleaning Services and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Glow Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Glow Cleaning Services, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
